MOOX and blackT are designed to deliver professional transportation with the minimum information necessary, without requiring a traditional rider account or following your movements outside the active ride lifecycle.

Professional transportation. Minimal data.

Moovyme believes privacy should be built into the transportation experience, not added later. Our rider applications are designed to remain simple, low-friction, and respectful of personal information from the first booking through trip completion.

No traditional account

No username, password, email verification, or permanent rider profile is required to book.

Device-first information

Your first name and phone number remain on your device whenever practical.

No round-the-clock tracking

We do not design our apps to follow riders before a booking or after a trip has ended.

Secure payment processing

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card payments are handled through trusted payment providers.

Ride-only operational data

Location and trip information are used when needed to dispatch, operate, support, and protect an active ride.

Safety without surveillance

Live status, driver identification, MVX vehicle identity, and Share Ride are designed around the active trip.

1. Information we use

We aim to use only the information reasonably needed to provide and support the transportation service you request.

  • Your first name, used for personalization and rider identification.
  • Your mobile phone number, used for ride-related notifications and communication.
  • Pickup, destination, booking time, and trip details required to operate the ride.
  • Payment transaction confirmations or references supplied by the payment provider.
  • Operational records required for billing, safety, support, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

2. Information stored on your device

When you first use MOOX or blackT, the app may ask for your first name and phone number. These details are stored locally on your device whenever practical so the app can welcome you by name and prepare your ride notifications.

No traditional rider account is required. There is no username or password to remember.

Clearing app data, local browser storage, or removing the app may remove this locally stored information and require you to enter it again.

3. Location and tracking

MOOX and blackT are not designed to continuously track riders. We do not follow your movements before a ride is requested or after the active ride lifecycle has ended.

Location information may be used during booking or an active ride to confirm pickup and destination, dispatch and route the assigned driver, calculate distance or ETA, show trip progress, and support safety, customer service, incident review, or regulatory obligations.

Location is used to deliver the ride you requested—not to build a round-the-clock record of your movements.

4. Payments

Payment credentials are managed through trusted payment providers. Riders may use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or securely enter a payment card. Moovyme does not store complete payment-card credentials on its own servers.

5. Ride notifications

Your mobile phone number may be used for booking confirmation, driver assignment, arrival updates, driver name, vehicle description, plate number, MVX fleet identifier, ride status, support, safety, service interruption, completion, and receipt-related messages.

6. Live tracking and Share Ride

Safety features may provide secure live tracking during an active ride and allow riders to share trip progress with a trusted contact. A shared view may include the driver's first name, vehicle description, plate number, MVX fleet identifier, live ride status, approximate location, and ETA.

Tracking links should be limited to the relevant ride and designed to expire when the trip or permitted viewing period ends.

7. Service providers

Moovyme may use specialized providers for payment processing, communications, mapping, cloud infrastructure, application hosting, analytics, and operational support. Providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role.

8. Retention and safeguards

Information may be retained only as reasonably necessary for ride operations, billing, accounting, safety, support, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

Our architecture is designed to reduce unnecessary collection and limit exposure.

9. Your choices

Depending on your device and applicable law, you may control location permissions, notifications, local app data, and payment methods through device settings. You may contact Moovyme with a privacy question or request access to or correction of personal information where applicable.
